Your assessment becomes a structured plan in seconds: meals from your own kitchen, timed around when you wake, work and sleep, with a training week to match. A qualified dietician then reviews every target and approves it before it reaches you.

Fifteen minutes: your body, your health history, what you actually eat, and when your day starts and ends. The screening questions are the validated ones — not a formality.
Idli and sambar, not oats and quinoa. Portions in bowls, plates and glasses, placed around when you wake, work and sleep — with a training week built to match.
Nothing reaches you unreviewed. A qualified dietician reads the draft, adjusts what needs adjusting, and puts their name to it before it becomes your plan.
Nobody weighs their sambar. A plan that asks for 180 g of anything gets logged as a guess, and guesses make adherence data fiction. So portions come in the units your kitchen already uses — one dosa, two bowls, a glass.
Your cuisines decide the kitchen your plan draws from, and allergies and exclusions are hard filters — never a preference the algorithm can trade away for a better calorie match.
Tamil, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, North Indian and continental — pick as many as you like, and swap any meal for another in the same group.
Two days a week or seven, one session a day or two — your coach sets the split, marks the rest days and prescribes each movement with its sets, reps and rest interval. What you open on Tuesday is the work for Tuesday, in order.
Every movement is drawn from a reviewed library and approved for you specifically. Nothing appears in your week because an algorithm found it trending, and nothing appears at all until your PAR-Q+ answers say it is safe to start.

There is a floor under every calorie target and a ceiling on how fast we will let you lose weight. Ask for eight kilos in a month and the app moves your timeline rather than starving you — and it tells you it did.
Pregnancy, kidney disease, a heart condition or a history of disordered eating do not lock you out. They route your plan for clinical sign-off before you see a single number, and they hold training back until your answers say it is safe to begin.
